Janny spent years on the floor, carrying everything a shift demands in bags that were never built for it. No one was making gear for the way nurses actually work. So she did it herself, designed around real shifts, real bodies, and the hundred small things that get you through to handover.
Our Mission
JO Care Collective exists to support the people who spend their lives
supporting everyone else.
They give endlessly, through long days, hard moments, and the work most people never see. We're here to give something back: practical, beautiful gear built around the realities of the day, and a community that reminds them they're never doing it alone.
